鍛煉方法：雙手分握住兩個(gè)手柄，上肢盡量伸直，雙手左右交替，上下拉伸。
警      告：1.大使用者重量為100KG；2.禁止16歲以下兒童使用；3.禁止擰掉         
                 緊固件。

Instructions:Take hold of the  handgrips with both hands,pull one handgrip 
                   down to stretch the other arm. Both arms perform arm stretching 
                   exercises alternately.
